Spritz Biscuits
  • Cream the butter with icing sugar and salt until creamy and well combined.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract then mix until well combined.
  • Add the flour.
  • Mix well and add 1 tsp of milk.
  • Put the dough in an icing bag with a star piping nozzle.
  • Shape your biscuits directly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  • Let cool on a wire rack.
  • Dip half of each biscuit in melted chocolate.
