Hummus
  • Put all the ingredients, except chickpeas water into the blender and mix.
  • Add chickpeas water gradually and blend.
  • You might use less than 150ml of chickpeas water, depending on the consistency you like.
  • Decorate with some paprika and serve cold, with some flat bread.
